MALIM ("we", "us") operates the website at malim.finance. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this site, why, and what we do with it. We collect only what we need to respond to you — nothing more.

What we collect, and when

You can browse this entire site without providing any personal information. We collect information only when you choose to submit it:

• Financial Health Diagnostic — your first name, company name, email address, and your answers to the four diagnostic questions.
• Blueprint requests — your name and email address, plus which resource you requested.

We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies on this site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit for exactly one purpose: to respond to your request — sending you your gap analysis, the blueprint you asked for, or replying to your enquiry — and, where relevant, to follow up about MALIM's services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone, and we do not add you to automated mailing lists without asking.

Who processes it

Like most modern websites, we rely on a small number of service providers to operate:

• Formspree (form processing) — form submissions are transmitted to and processed by Formspree, which forwards them to our inbox. See the Formspree privacy policy.
• Netlify (website hosting) — like all web hosts, Netlify may process standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site.
• Hostinger (email) — messages you send to info@malim.finance are handled by our email provider.
• Google Fonts — this site loads fonts from Google's servers, which involves your browser making a standard request to Google.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and any period required by law or professional record-keeping standards. If you never become a client, we periodically clear old submissions.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email info@malim.finance and we'll action it promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data-protection law (such as the GDPR if you're in the EU/UK); we'll honour reasonable requests regardless of jurisdiction.

Security

This site is served exclusively over HTTPS, and form submissions travel encrypted to our processors. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we keep the data we hold to a minimum, which is the best protection of all.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles your information — for example, if we add analytics or new forms — we'll update this page and the date above.
